For Beauty & Barber Professionals

Illinois licenses expire every 2 years and must be renewed by the expiration date in order to remain active. In order to renew your license, you must complete the required continuing education. Our courses are designed for Cosmetologists, Estheticians, Nail Technicians, Hair Braiders and Instructors renewing their Illinois license. We offer several course packages that meet the state board requirements. Please review each course carefully. Each licensure category has different requirements for continuing education as well as renewal dates:

Illinois CE Hours We are NOT a licensed Illinois cosmetology continuing education provider and our CE classes are approved for Cosmetologists, Nail Technicians, Hair Braiders and Estheticians.

Maximum Number of Online Hours Cosmetologists, Nail Techs and Estheticians licensed in Illinois can complete a maximum of 50% of the total CE hours required for each renewal online. This means that Cosmetologists may take up to 7 of their required 14 hours online. Nail Techs and Estheticians may take up to 5 of their required 10 hours online.
